Announcement on the results of special supervision and spot checks on the quality of grinding wheels, superhard materials and products by Zhengzhou Market Supervision and Administration Bureau in 2021
      1. Grinding wheel
      A total of 60 batches of grinding wheels from 48 enterprises in Zhengzhou were sampled in this random inspection.
      This spot check is based on GB 2494-2014 "Safety Requirements for Bonded Abrasives", GB/T 2485-2016 "Technical Conditions for Bonded Abrasives", GB/T 2490-2018 "Hardness Test for Bonded Abrasives", GB/T 2492-2017 "Measurement of Allowable Unbalance of Consolidated Abrasives Delivered to Grinding Wheels" and other 15 currently valid enterprise standards, group standards, local standards and product quality requirements and "Zhengzhou City Grinding Wheel Product Quality Supervision and Spot Check Implementation Rules", for grinding wheels The rotation strength, aperture, unbalance, crack, hardness, mute, black heart and other items were tested.
      After sampling inspection, 53 batches of 60 batches of products met the standard requirements, with a pass rate of 88.3%, and 7 batches of products were judged to be unqualified, with a failure rate of 11.7%.       2. Superhard materials
      A total of 20 batches of superhard materials and products from 17 enterprises in Zhengzhou were selected for this random check.
      This spot check is based on GB/T 6406-2016 "Superhard Abrasive Particle Size Inspection", GB/T 6408-2018 "Superabrasive Cubic Boron Nitride", GB/T 11270.1-2002 "Superhard Abrasive Products Diamond Circular Saw Blade No. 1" Part 1: Welding Saw Blades" and other 16 currently valid enterprise standards, group standards, local standards and product quality requirements and "Zhengzhou City Superhard Materials and Product Quality Supervision and Sampling Implementation Rules", the particle size composition of superhard materials , compressive strength, impact toughness, bulk density, impurity content, rotational strength, no mark, mark error and other items were tested.
      After sampling inspection, 20 batches of 20 batches of products meet the standard requirements, and the pass rate is 100%. For the results of the spot check, see Annex 2 "Summary of Supervision Spot Checks in 2021 (Superhard Materials)".
